Gardening Season

Have you ever had an interest in gardening? If so, you’re not alone.  Gardening is the most popular hobby in America and the pandemic inspired 1.8 million new gardeners.  With spring in the air, we are excited to share the latest Retirement Insiders episode with our guest Master Gardener Claire Chosid.  Claire founded Mason Ridge Garden Club in 1999 and volunteers as the Project Leader for Longview Farm Park in Town and Country, MO where she leads a group of 21 other Master Gardeners.  Together they beautifycommunities through projects across the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Her volunteerismwas recognized in 2011 as Citizen of the Year in Creve Coeur, MO as well as in 2019 as Citizen Group of the Year in Creve Coeur. This is a fun and educational episode with stories on how gardening can be fun, actively engages a fitness lifestyle, cultivates friendships,  and creates special memories with family.
